Hello, I want to submit an official confirmation of the quality of the products I purchased from the company Jinan Wangda Import And Export Co., Ltd..
In December 2023, I ordered 34000 caps, of a certain size according to the specifications given by the manufacturer of the bottles, which is a French medical company. Bottles are standard, and require standard caps. When they arrived, 30-40% of them were the right size, and fit and closed, but about 60-70% are defective - they don't fit and open no matter how much you press them.
After contacting the manufacturer, he told me that they were not for my bottles, which they are not, because they are standard with standard size caps. I sent him a video of the bottles, the sizes, everything. And if it was true, why is there no problem with 30% of the caps?
The bottles are medical, with a certificate of uniformity for each, so the problem is in the caps.

We received the client's inquiry on Nov 18th, the picture of cap only marked the out and inner diameter. We provided the photo of our product with measurements, which fully met the client's needs, and after obtaining the customer's confirmation and agreement on the dimensions twice, we submitted the trade order.
On Jan 26th, we received a complaint that our cap size was not suitable, after receiving the sample, we found that the thickness of the mouth lip was 0.3mm higher than standard vial in China market and this important information was never told to us before, this tolerance caused the jump of the cap.
Then we provided two solutions, first one was to create a customized mold by the sample, second one was to try to find a new suitable size cap after the Chinese new Year holiday.
We take every customer order seriously and efficiently, and obviously, this time the effort didn't get reciprocal feedback from our client, and the chat records can prove everything we have done.
